I Used "Liquid Wood" by Retique It to Transform Laminate Into REAL STAINED WOOD!
Updated: Nov 13, 2021

This was the original French Provencial Desk my client brought to me. She wanted it painted a light blue to match her bedroom. I suggested a white glaze and stained top. However, when I started to work on it, I found that it had 2 coats of enamel paint on it AND the top was a laminate over particle board! No option for staining!
I had heard of Liquid Wood by Retique It so I thought I would give it a try. I was AMAZED! Below are the after images. My client was thrilled with the results!
